In accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines we received the following approval. “In documents and test reports submitted to the Department, the Ozonator demonstrated effective treatment of test organisms. The unit is approved for the treatment of microbiological waste when the unit is operated and tested within the manufacturer’s stated parameters. Microbiological waste is defined as the cultures or stocks of infectious agents.”
